Black Currant Wine 2016
Humungous flavors of red berries and pomegranate, all backed by the singular crispness of currant. Perfect with anything loaded with Mediterranean herbs, salty + fairly oily -- Greek salad (with lots of feta), Memphis-rubbed rack of ribs, or garlic braised rack of lamb. And seriously ... kettle potato chips.
