Charming aromas of cherry fruit leather, intense blackberry and top notes of violet, framed by sandy tannins and bright acidity, leading to a deliciously spicy and meaty finish.
Crafted in Del’s ‘Patience Program’: give red wines enough time in barrel and bottle, and let them tell their own story. All red wines are aged a minimum of 12 months in barrel and an additional 12 in bottle, prior to release. We use only french oak from a selection of coopers that through experimentation, we feel best compliment the fruit we grow in our Naramata farms.
