Getting Here

No … we’re not located in Antarctica and we’re not really an Island (see About Us). We’re lucky enough to live in one of the best fruit growing regions in the world – on the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley.

The Okanagan Valley is located approximately 400 km east of Vancouver, in south central British Columbia. There are two highway routes from Vancouver. For those in a hurry, take the Coquihalla. The Hope-Princeton is approximately half an hour longer, plus or minus depending on the RV traffic:

  • The Coquihalla Highway (Hwy 97C)
Recommended only from May until October due to extreme weather conditions. Note: this is a toll highway - it is $10.00 each way. An easy highway drive, budget approximately 5 hours from Vancouver.
  • The Hope-Princeton Highway (Hwy 3)
A beautiful scenic route from Hope, traveling through Manning Provincial Park, the historic mining towns of Princeton and Hedley and the fruit stand paradise of Keremeos. This drive takes approximately 5 ½ hours from Vancouver to Penticton.

From Penticton
We are located at 2730 Aikins Loop.

Follow signage to directing ‘to Naramata’. Once on Naramata Road you will be traveling north, parallel to Lake Okanagan. You will travel for approximately 15 minutes (17 km). Elephant Island is located on the next left immediately after Lake Breeze winery – Aikins Loop. You will pass 2 Elephant Island signs with distances before reaching the winery.
