Notes of fresh cherry, hints of chocolate and thyme, finished bone dry with a kiss of almond on the finish make for a divine dinner wine. The low tannin content in cherries provides a particularly supple finish + results in almost limitless food pairing options. Think fresh heirloom tomatoes with boccocini + aged balsamic right through to a serving of rich venison medallions in port shallot sauce.
